This is a unique opportunity to shape how performance data is used across complex, high-profile projects, helping senior leaders make informed decisions that drive successful outcomes.

You'll combine strategic thinking, leadership and technical expertise to translate business objectives into a clear analytics roadmap. By delivering high-quality reporting, visualisation and performance insights, you'll help embed a culture of data-driven decision-making across the Naval Nuclear portfolio while developing your own leadership and career potential within a world-class engineering organisation.
