The main aim of our Sales team is to drive revenue while acting as trusted consultants to our customers. Our team is made up of experts in account management, business development, and customer service. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers realize digital transformation through cloud communication by leading collaboration with a virtual team of sales, engineers, and support resources. In this role, you will be accountable for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, influencing long-term strategic direction, serving as a trusted advisor, and driving executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers. You will help customers evaluate their cloud communication strategy, recommend solutions that align with their business and technical requirements, remove deployment roadblocks, and ensure successful adoption while driving customer satisfaction.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

• Acting as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process — supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Building working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Joining Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and helping shape the most relevant solution.
• Supporting problem escalation and best-practice efforts to help clients and internal teams use Unifonic's products more effectively.
• Building and delivering product demos and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relaying timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Handing off won deals cleanly to the Customer Success team, with clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Supporting Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.

What you’ll bring:

• +2 years of hands-on experience in selling technology solutions, technical/solutions consulting, or customer-facing delivery in a related industry (SaaS, CPaaS, Telecommunications, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another IT-related field.

• Ability to create a positive customer experience by matching the right product/service offerings to their needs.

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot customer needs and translate them into workable solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with virtual/cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing/editing and verbal communication skills.

Craft and Toolkit:

• Cloud communications platforms (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Email).
• REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• SaaS and CPaaS fundamentals.
• Solution architecture and technical discovery.
• Conversational AI and chatbot platforms.
• Product demonstrations and proof-of-concept delivery.
• CRM and API integrations.
• Technical troubleshooting and deployment support.
