Role Summary

We are looking for an Analytics leader to own the analytics agenda across Property Finder’s International Markets, spanning Marketing, Product and Commercial performance.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of data, strategy and execution. You will partner closely with market Country Managers and senior functional leaders to identify the biggest opportunities for growth, translate complex data into clear business decisions, and ensure analytics is embedded into how our markets prioritise and operate.

You will have end-to-end ownership of the International Markets analytics roadmap, combining hands-on analytical depth with strategic problem-solving, senior stakeholder influence and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analytics agenda across International Markets, covering Marketing (SEO, Paid, CRM and App), Product (funnels, experimentation and engagement) and Commercial (monetisation, pricing and sales performance).
• Act as the primary analytics partner to market Country Managers and senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Commercial and Finance.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical problems, quantify opportunities and help leaders prioritise the initiatives with the greatest potential impact.
• Establish a rigorous approach to experimentation and impact measurement, defining success metrics, guardrails, attribution frameworks and post-launch measurement.
• Lead deep-dive analysis across demand, conversion, engagement and monetisation, using SQL and modern visualisation tools to separate meaningful signals from noise.
• Turn complex analysis into clear, quantified recommendations and compelling narratives for senior leadership and ELT audiences, consistently answering the “so what?”.
• Track the impact of recommendations after implementation, ensuring analytics ultimately translates into measurable business outcomes.
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts, raising analytical capability through coaching, knowledge-sharing and strong analytical standards.
• Own and prioritise the International Markets analytics roadmap end to end, operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Desired Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution; with an MBA is highly desirable
• Management Consulting experience, with a strong preference for MBB
• Significant experience leading Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics or Growth Analytics within a high-growth, product-led technology business.
• Strong commercial understanding, with experience applying analytics across multiple domains such as Product, Marketing, Growth, Commercial or Monetisation.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions through data.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear hypotheses, analyses and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, measurement frameworks, attribution and causal thinking.
• Advanced SQL capability and experience with visualisation platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker or similar.
