YOUR MISSION

In the role of PLECA Partner Ads & Promo Analyst, you will play a key role in achieving our Revenue Business Plan and driving the overall commercial performance of the country. Your main focus will be unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven commercial insights. This includes building tools for local teams, and using data to evaluate the current promotions strategy to continuously improve it.

You will help shape the Commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Commercials, as well as cross-functional stakeholders from Headquarters, to improve performance and maximize value for our partners, focusing on optimizing partner value and improving operational efficiency through analytical and automation-driven initiatives.

THE JOURNEY - Define and execute the commercial strategy for Glovo PLECA Countries:

• Partner Ads & Promotions Strategy: Lead the strategy for Partner Ads and Promotions, including development of sales pipelines and conversion funnels. Improve processes, reporting, and tooling to maximize commercial efficiency and campaign performance.
• Data & Reporting: Consolidate, optimize, and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports used to track key KPIs and partner investments in Ads products. Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.
• Commercial Project Support: Support the Commercial team with data-driven projects such as Business Planning, partner P&L analysis, Account Manager portfolio management, forecasting, and target setting.
• Operational Excellence:
• Team Enablement: Standardizing knowledge sharing and training to ensure local teams can independently manage and grow their portfolios.
• Budget Integrity: Taking full control of the Promo Budget to ensure campaigns drive incrementality rather than just volume, protecting the P&L.
• Product Enablement: Develop clear playbooks and materials that communicate the value proposition of new Ads products and commercial solutions. Ensure high relevance and conversion across different advertiser and partner segments.
• Team & Growth: Collaborate actively with colleagues across departments and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented, and high-performance environment.
• Shift the operating model away from manual, high-touch processes toward scalable, tech-enabled workflows. Build a regional Ads & Promo community to reduce fragmentation, eliminate local spreadsheets and ad-hoc solutions, and ensure consistent execution. Foster shared ownership, best-practice exchange, and a common direction across markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence local commercial team, empower them for high performance.
• Proactive, highly motivated, results-driven attitude. Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment. An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
• 2-3 years of experience in high demanding roles or analytical positions (consulting, investment banking, operations, finance, logistics, analytics, strategy, etc.)
• A data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills: making data-driven decisions and using good business judgment when necessary.
• Problem-solving skills and hands on attitude: no problem is too small or too big
• You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit.
• You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics. You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking. You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace Excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience interacting effectively at multiple levels of the organization is highly valued
• Expertise in MS Excel and strong SQL knowledge
• Excellent English and Spanish, written and oral Proficiency in AI tools. Russian is a plus.
