The Role

As a Principal Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising transformation across a complex portfolio of strategic programmes within the Naval Nuclear business. This is more than a traditional business analysis position. You'll operate at an enterprise level, providing critical insight that helps senior leaders make investment decisions, prioritise transformation initiatives and deliver long-term business value.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects and change programmes, you'll help connect strategy with delivery, ensuring that transformation activities align with organisational objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes.
