About the Role:
Do you love the idea of helping some of the world’s biggest and most innovative businesses build immersive and exciting digital experiences? As a Bloomreach Principal Solutions Consultant, you would be one of the most senior trusted advisors in a high-energy, high-performance sales team, leading our most strategic and complex sales cycles. Your job would be to partner with sales leadership and executive buyers, driving value for our customers by bringing use cases to life through technical deliverables, business cases, and pre-sales consultancy across Bloomreach’s agentic personalization platform, including our solution for cross-channel marketing automation, powered by Loomi AI.
We strive to lay strong foundations in our sales cycles to establish long-term partnerships between Bloomreach and our customers. This role will be supporting the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM). We’re looking for a senior leader on the team to define the tools, processes, and best practices needed to support Bloomreach’s continued expansion in this market, and to represent Bloomreach in front of customers, partners, and industry audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Bloomreach full-platform expert across Marketing and Search & Merchandising, leading the pre-sales motion on our most strategic and complex opportunities.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and presentations up to the C-suite, focused on driving value through AI-powered cross-channel marketing experiences, powered by Loomi AI.
- Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership on account strategy for strategic deals, leading expert-level discovery including CX mapping and gap analysis workshops.
- Build business cases that quantify the revenue and operational impact of proposed solutions, and partner with Account Executives on non-standard pricing, including how integration options affect deal structure.
- Design creative cross-product solutions to complex use cases that unlock new ARR, and articulate competitive positioning in the context of each opportunity.
- Design and own fully custom paid POCs or support real-life client implementations, bringing integration and implementation expertise comparable to a Senior Solutions Architect.
- Use hands-on prototyping and AI tooling, including agentic workflows, to bring use cases to life for customers and simplify how the Solutions team works.
- Serve as a team lead: define methods and processes for new assignments, coordinate the work of other Solutions Consultants, and mentor the team on discovery, demos, and best practices.
- Represent Bloomreach as a speaker or panelist at key trade shows and industry events, and create external-facing assets with Marketing that establish thought leadership in the market.
- Act as liaison to the Partner team, bringing technical partners into broader opportunities.
- Research and advocate for new best practices across Loomi AI and cross-channel marketing, and bring field insight back to Product and Marketing.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Presales, preferably in SaaS or marketing, with a track record of leading complex, strategic enterprise deals
- Expert in technical sales (SaaS, Martech, e-commerce, CDP), with deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing automation and working knowledge of search & merchandising
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics, and the ability to explain them in business terms.
- Strong business and quantitative acumen, with a proven ability to quantify the business impact of technical solutions (e.g., ROI models, business cases).
- Excellent presentation skills, including in front of large audiences such as conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
- Have industry experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or D2C brands
- Hands-on development experience in HTML, CSS, JS and web technologies, including building custom demos and prototypes.
