About the job

Big systems. Exciting challenges. Real impact. As a Senior People Systems Specialist, you’ll own the security and governance of the Workday landscape that our people and processes run on globally. You’ll decide who can access what, keep us audit-ready, and turn complex security concepts into practical, scalable solutions.

You’ll join our 30+ strong People Technology (Workday) team, working across functional, integrations and AI teams. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams and CoEs covering Talent Acquisition, Talent, Total Rewards, People Operations Excellence and Data to build secure, scalable solutions for the whole organisation.

Join the team that champions the employee experience at Delivery Hero. As part of the People & Culture Team, you’ll help attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.
