Sr Planning Analyst Partner Revenue Global

About the job

Job Ref ID: JR0088566

Your mission

As Sr Planning Analyst Partner Revenue, you will co-own with the Planning Lead the revenue planning of Glovo's monetisation streams, with end-to-end ownership of Promotions: the promotional budget Glovo invests in partners and the Prime order vendor fee. You will build the models and forecasts that set the targets, then make sure every market is aligned with them and delivers. Over the next 12–18 months you will turn promotions into an optimised, measurable investment, keep the business plan in Anaplan (Glovo planning software) as the single source of truth, and guarantee that every Ads product is billed correctly to partners.

The journey

• Promotions & Prime planning: Own the business plan and recurring forecast for Glovo-funded promotions and the Prime vendor fee, with dynamic projections and scenario analyses, partnering with Finance and the Planning Lead.
• Market alignment & performance management: Cascade targets to 20+ countries, negotiate them with Country GMs and local commercial leads, and drive corrective actions when markets fall behind plan.
• Promo efficiency & take rate: Build frameworks to measure promo ROI and take rate, and balance the mix of promotions, ads and commissions to grow revenue profitably.
• Business plan governance in Anaplan: Maintain the BP in Anaplan, managing approved change requests, version control and reconciliation with Finance.
• Ads billing ownership: Own the billing process for all Ads products, partnering with Fintech, Accounting and Product so new launches and SAP migrations never interrupt partner invoicing.
• Opportunity sizing: Develop bottom-up and top-down models to size monetisation opportunities and assess risks.
• Leadership reporting: Present insights, variances and recommendations to Partner Revenue leadership and country management.
