Native AI Delivery — Our Operating Model
At Salesforce Professional Services, Native AI Delivery is how we work:

• Leveraging modern AI toolchains (Claude, Cursor, Agentforce, Apromore, etc.) across the delivery lifecycle to accelerate ideation, architecture, and governance
• Architecting agentic solutions that automate and optimize end-to-end business outcomes for customers
• Accelerating discovery, functional modeling, and solution design through AI-assisted workflows
• Compressing delivery timelines: days → hours, hours → minutes
• Coaching customers and delivery teams on adopting AI-native ways of working to maximize business agility

Solution Mastery — What We Expect
Strategic solution depth requires platform literacy and architectural vision. Candidates must demonstrate:

• Enterprise platform fluency on Salesforce or a directly comparable enterprise platform (Veeva Vault/CRM, IQVIA OCE, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics) — understanding platform boundaries, governance, and capabilities at scale
• Architecture ownership: multi-cloud/multi-system landscape design, target-state blueprints, capability gap analysis, and build vs. buy vs. configure trade-off decisions
• Integration & data strategy: establishing enterprise integration patterns, system-of-record boundaries, and unified data models without getting bogged down in low-level API mechanics
• Agentic & AI solution strategy: defining agentic business use cases, orchestrating AI workflows within core business processes, and ensuring trustworthy enterprise AI adoption

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers — understand their business, define the right solution, and earn their trust as a long-term partner
• Lead end-to-end solution design across one or more workstreams: aligning business capabilities, solution blueprints, and acceptance criteria
• Co-create the vision with the customer and own the solution narrative — from executive alignment to enterprise architecture governance
• Drive consultative discovery sessions that uncover core business drivers and translate complex business problems into viable, high-impact solutions
• Architect Agentforce and agentic capabilities that drive operational efficiency and transform customer business models
• Remove delivery roadblocks, navigate trade-offs, and ensure functional alignment across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
• Guide customers and project teams on architectural best practices, solution governance, and AI-native delivery models
• Connect across all levels — from delivery squads to the C-suite — translating technical complexity into clear business value and actionable decisions

You're Our Person If...

• 10+ years of enterprise solution delivery or digital transformation experience, with proven end-to-end solution ownership on complex, multi-workstream programs
• 1+ year of deep domain experience within a relevant industry vertical (pharma, insurance...)
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level architecture blueprints, multi-system integration strategies, and business capability mapping
• Proven experience embedding AI-native tools and agentic solution concepts into delivery and customer workflows
• Strong track record of executive stakeholder management, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership

• Accompagner les clients et les équipes de delivery dans l'adoption de méthodes de travail AI-native afin de maximiser l'agilité business

Solution Mastery — Ce que nous attendons
La profondeur stratégique des solutions exige une bonne maîtrise des plateformes et une vision architecturale. Les candidats doivent démontrer :

• Une maîtrise des plateformes d'entreprise sur Salesforce ou sur une plateforme d'entreprise directement comparable (Veeva Vault/CRM, IQVIA OCE, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics), avec une compréhension des limites, de la gouvernance et des capacités de la plateforme à grande échelle
• La responsabilité de l'architecture : conception de paysages multi-cloud/multi-systèmes, blueprints de l'architecture cible, analyse des écarts de capacités et arbitrages entre développer, acheter ou configurer
• Une stratégie d'intégration et de données : définir des patterns d'intégration d'entreprise, les périmètres de système de référence et des modèles de données unifiés, sans s'enliser dans les mécanismes d'API de bas niveau
• Une stratégie de solutions agentiques et d'IA : définir des cas d'usage métier agentiques, orchestrer des workflows d'IA au sein des processus métier clés et garantir une adoption de l'IA d'entreprise digne de confiance
