Sutherland is looking for a high-impact Team Manager to lead a team of sales professionals supporting a global cybersecurity client. This role is ideal for a sales leader who is passionate about coaching talent, driving pipeline growth, leveraging data, and delivering outstanding business results.

You will play a key role in building a high-performance culture while ensuring the team consistently meets revenue, productivity, and client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and pipeline health.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results.
• Manage pipeline progression, forecasting, and sales execution.
• Leverage Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve business goals and deliver client success.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Strong background in B2B Sales.
• Experience managing B2B Sales Teams.
• Prior experience in Sales Development and/or Enterprise Sales.
• Proven success driving sales performance and pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and pipeline management.

Leadership Experience

• Preferred: 2-3 years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Salesforce CRM
• Salesforce Dashboards & Reporting
• Power BI
• Tableau

Sales Knowledge

• Strong understanding of sales pipeline stages and forecasting.
• Experience managing lead progression from:
• Suspect

• Opportunity
• Advanced Pipeline Stages
• Ability to analyze and report on pipeline metrics and performance trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity industry knowledge.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
• SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions sales experience.
• Experience working with global clients and stakeholders.
